I signed up for a gym membership at the YMCA and started today so I look forward to seeing how much weight I can lose in the next six months of my membership. the swimming I feel is where I might see the best results.

I also dont have dumb bells or a gym membership... I already run so thats not a big deal. My friend was showing me some simple resistance training stuff you can do without weights that targets all these areas...

I've been going to the gym for about a month now, and I'm just trying to find a way to get a great workout without hiring a trainer (they are expensive). Even though I know i'd get great info from one, I just can't afford it. I'm going to see how this workout works at the gym.
