I've been walking about 4 miles (5 to 6 days a week). For the first 2 weeks I walked 3 miles a day but I wasn't seeing much progress. Now i just finished my 4th week and inter-grated a little running. To me the progress seems very slow. I'm going to try to stick with this for another month. Hopefully the transformation will just happen one day in the near future. 1kimmy7 I'm going to draw motivation from your 3-12, post.

I am doing the three mile a day, and about 70 crunches a day at 35 before and 35 after. takes me about an hour and 10 minutes. maybe have 5 more minutes, really want to tighten my stomach. Been doing for about one month, reduced food intake dramatically, lost 10 so far, and pants are looser but very flabby. anyone got an additional 5 minute stomach thing I can add?

I've been using FitClick for a year now. Not continually posting progress, but the site has definitely helped me stay focused. I started walking and then gradually started jogging. With asthma this was difficult. Winter is a tough time for me, but I am getting through it. Zumba is something that is really fun and full of energy. I have lost a substanial amount of weight and I am keeping it off. I purchased a cheap pedometer and I make sure I at least walk 10,000 per day. If I come up short, I jump on the treadmill. I can't stand the cold weather, but I won't let it bring me down. My key to sticking with a program is all in my music. My IPod is set from slow to fast to slow. The transformation just happened one day when I wasn't looking. I always keep a pair of skinny jeans within my reach to remind me to stay on track. Keep up all of the good work. Any exercise is good exercise. Good luck to all of you.
