ABOUT A WEEK AGO OR LONGER, I DECIDED TO GO BACK TO AN HEALTHIER EATING HABIT, THAT WOULD CUT MY WEIGHT GAIN DOWN...SO I COULD FIT IN MY CLOTHES SEXY AGAIN...AND FIT INTO THE PANTS THAT I COULDN'T PULL UP PASS MY HIPS.
YESTERDAY I TOOK A WALK DOWNTOWN IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR AND HALF, AT MY PASTE TO REACH...I KNOW THAT ONE MILE WALK, IS 360 CALORIES BURNED...SINCE I DON'T HAVE A TIME PIECE THIS WILL HAVE TO BE LOGGED AS WHEN I LEAVE HOME, AND REACH TOWN...AND I WILL HAVE TO ENTER AN ESTABLISHMENT...
