Well...I made it through day 1 with a mile walk in the morning and a yoga class in the evening. Today I started my day with another mile walk and then did a workout video for some strength training. I am consciously trying to make better decisions pertaining to food. The diet tracker/calorie counter is really making this easier. My goal for week one is actually not weight loss, although it is an added bonus. It is for me to get back into leading the active lifestyle ...
