Yesterday, I was feelin good until I fell with my meal plan. I got sidetracked after my class and grabbed some cookies. Geez, why does it have to be so to eat right. I exercised in the morning ate a good breakfast, but didn't bring a healthy snack after my class. Next time, I'll bring some string cheese and a fruit

I know I need to lose weight, but I feel a little overwhelmed. After I had my daughter, I put on weight fast. I dont want to be overweight, I want to be healthy and weigh what Im suppose too. As long as I dont give up I will be okay
