Hello,
I started counting calories 7/21/10, and I can see a difference in my portion size and what I put in my mouth. I have been walking every day since May. My blood pressue is lower which is good, but I was not losing any weight, so I found this website and it has been great. I was able to wear a skirt to church that had fit snug the last time I tried it on. Yea, yea.
