Ok, so my new years resolution was to lose 10 pounds by my birthday (March 2nd) and I figured it would be hard, but doable. The problem is I have never been much of an exerciser and as a kid, teenager, and very young adult, I was always pretty skinny without having to do much. Sadly, at 30 and after having a child, my metabolism isn't what is was 10 years ago (oh, don't we all wish is were) and those last 10 pounds of after-baby weight haven't left me for almost 5 year
