ok so today i started my new diet.
my goal is to loose 60lbs in 1 year.....and be back into a size 11 or smaller!
this is only like the 5 millionth diet i have done but im confident in myself this time, im actuall keeping track of myself, food and exercise and making myself accountable.
so i usually dont eat breakfast but i will be now on my diet.
had breakfast this morning and now im STARVING...whats up with that, when i didnt eat, i didnt get hungry till around...
