It's a new day and I am ready to start again.
Recently I've realized how important sleep is in losing weight. When I am tired, I often eat more, just to 'keep myself going". However, this apparently sets me up for cortisol to line my abdomen with fat cells. And the extra calories don't help either. plus when I am this tired, I have little physical energy and don't want to walk, exercise, play games, etc.
