Today July 29 2010 I have unleashed the beast in me I want to live and today The long hard road begins. See I lost my wife my best friend and lover the Mother of my kids and a large part of me died to. I sat around given up eating not working out just gave up but now ! letting this animal out an better know as the BEAST to me I am mad angry an upset at me for what I did so if your watching me then don't blink because the new me is coming and the Beast follows.
