Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
6 X 25m Kick Board Front Quad Swim (FQS) Drill, 30-45sec rest
6 X 25m Leg Buoy FQS and Hip rotation Drill, 30sec rest
1 X 150m Lap swim, no rest- one long set
2 X25m Kick Board Flutter kicks, 30 sec rests
1 X 50m Freestyle Lap

Exercise Comments

i use a set of swim fins to add extra resistance for my legs and abs. Especially doing the butterfly kick tones the abs.

This is not a common swim routine. I am using a supplement to my other cardio as I get back into swimming after years of missing the pool...and not being a good swimmer at that.
