Primary Muscles Trained:  Rectus Abdominis
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Obliques

START: Assume a pushup position and walk your feet forward so your knees are bent about 90 degrees and slightly above the floor.

MOVEMENT: Rotate your body to the left, and lift your left hand and right foot off the floor so your left elbow and right knee touch. Return to the starting position. On your next rep, rotate to the right and bring your right elbow to your left knee.
