CCBB Elliptical (Resistance 3)

Calories Burned:  782 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
I was told once to keep my hips in one position and ONLY move my legs (don't "ride" the pedals, but PUSH them). That seems to work, but it BURNS, so what I try it keeping my hips stable for the first 2.5 min and the last 2.5 min and just jogging in between :) Still gets the burn, plus a break where I'm still exercising :)
