7 - Lunges (R)


8 - Lunges (L)


9 - 3 Squat Jumps + 3 Tuck Jumps + 3 Push Ups


10 - 5 Plank Side Hops (R)  + 5 Jumping Jacks


11 - Plank (2 Cross + 2 Center + 2 Reptiles)


12 - 5 Plank Side Hops (L)  + 5 Jumping Jacks


13 - Oblique Mountain Climbers


14 - Burpees with 2 touchdowns


15 - Squats (3 Low + 3 Medium + 3 Full)


16 - 4 Shuffles + 4 Switch Lunges


17 - Leg Raises


18 - 5 Tuck Jumps + 5 Tricep Push Ups


19 - 10 High Knees + 3 Star Jumps?


20 - Burpees with Push Ups
