Calories Burned:  272 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

Select Interval setting on Freemotion Treadmill.
Enter Weight then press enter.
Enter age then press enter.
Enter Min incline level then press enter. " I choose 3.0 "
Enter Max incline level then press enter. " I choose 19.5 "
Enter Duration of time. " I choose 30 Minutes "
Press Start.
Treadmill Starts at 3.0 Miles per hour at 0.0 incline for 3 minutes " warm up " If you want to increase or decrease speed you can change it anytime during your workout otherwise treadmill will stay at 3.0 miles per hour for duration of minutes selected.
After 3 minute warmup, treadmill changes incline to 3.5 for 1 minute.
Then treadmill changes incline to 14.5 for 1 minute.
Then treadmill changes incline to 7.5 for 1 minute.
Then treadmill changes incline to 19.5 for 1 minute.
Treadmill then repeats these incline ajustments at 1 minute time intervals for the duration of selected time.
Treadmill gives a 2 minute cool down period at 0.0 incline after you have completed duration of time selected in Interval mode. If more time is needed press the cool down mode as many times as needed and lower your walking speed if necessary.

During workout grab handles with metal plates to see heart rate.
Grab top bar for added support during large incline settings if its hard to keep up with arms down. Enjoy :)
