Calories Burned:  953 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

3 min warmup increasing speed every 30 sec. starting at slow walk and working up to slow jog speed.

HIIT 30 sec 90%, 15 sec 0-10%

Run at 90% effort for 30 sec, rest for 15 sec.  Repeat 20 times.
