Calories Burned:  492 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
5 mins walking, 5 mins posting trot, 2 mins canter, 3 mins walking, reverse and repeat

10 mins lateral movements at sitting trot (ie. leg yield) or caveletti
5 mins transitions
15 mins walking cool down (or hacking)

This exercise is also great for strength trainig, focusing on core muscles, legs and lower back.
