Calories Burned:  272 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Cleaning my house, climbing the stairs constantly, folding laundry and putting it away, vaccuming, dishes...

Exercise Comments

I do this everyday...but the craving for bagels get me everytime...if it weren't for the bread, I think I'd be able to lose these 35lbs.

this is just about all the excercise that I actualy get about twice a week. not to mention the million times I am running up and down the stairs everyday, and doing laundry everyday. Going to put this in my plan
