Start: Grab a pair of light dumbbells and lie chest-down on an incline bench. Let your arms hang straight down, palms facing backward.

Movement: In one motion, row the dumbbells up to your chest by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder. Then, rotate your shoulders to bring the weights to your head, your palms facing the floor. Pause and return to start. Repeat.
