Start: Grab two light dumbbells and lie chest down on an adjustable bench set to a low incline. Let the weights hang at arms length, palms forward.

Movement: Raise your arms straight out to your sides until they are in line with your body (so they form a T). Pause, then slowly lower them back to the starting position.
