19-20:00 7.0 mph
20-22:00 5.5 mph
22-23:00 8.0 mph
23-25:00 5.0 mph
25-30:00 5.5 mph
30-30:30 9.0 mph
30:30-31:00 6.0mph
alternate between 9.0 and 6.0 mph through 35:00 min
35-40:00 4 mph at 15% incline 40-45:00 4.5 mph at 15% incline alternate until 60:00 min and then do cooldown
