Lying Elbows-Out Dumbbell Supported Row

Secondary Muscles Trained:  Rear Deltoids

START: Holding a dumbbell in each hand, lie face down on an incline bench. Let the weights hang at arms length with your palms facing behind you.

MOVEMENT: Keeping your elbows flared out, row the dumbbells toward the sides of your chest. Your upper arms should be parallel to your body. Keep your lower back arched, do not let your upper body collapse against the bench. Pause, and return to the starting position.
