Primary Muscles Trained:  Biceps
Adjust the seat position so that the back portion of your arms lie flat on the pad and your elbows line up with the axis of rotation of the machine.
Grab the handles in an underhand position with your palms facing up.
Pull your hands towards your face while keeping the back part of your arms flat on the pad until they are close to your chin.
Reverse the movement and return to the starting position; maintain a slight bend in the elbow to prevent joint locking at the end of the movement.
The entire motion should be performed in a smooth, controlled manner that lasts about 3 seconds with the downward movement no faster than the upward.
