Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Grab two dumbbells or two kettlebells, one in each hand, and assume pushup position with your legs slightly wider than shoulder position, even wider if you're a beginner/having balance problems. Tighten your core and buttocks, making sure your body position is flat. Brace your abs, then lift one arm off the floor and into your side like a regular dumbbell row and hold for a second before lifting it downwards. Repeat with the other side.

Tip: Make sure not to twist when lifting up your arms, making sure your hips are facing the ground with every rep.
