Calories Burned:  306 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Thighs
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus

1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
2. With your hands on your hips slowly bend your knees as if lowering into a chair.
3. Return to the starting position by pressing through your heels and squeezing your butt muscles.
4. Repeat.
