Primary Muscles Trained:  Latissimus Dorsi
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Rear Deltoids, Spinal Erectors
Stand with feet together and a slight bend in your knees. Back straight and slight bend in your arms.

Stand tall and exhale on the way down, using your back muscles to pull the bar down to your thighs. Inhale on the way up, stopping at shoulder height.
