Walking butt crunches

Calories Burned:  304 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

As you are walking on the treadmill or outside, crunch your butt cheek with each corrisponding leg. Alternate each cheek with every step you take, this will take some practice, but once you get the hang of it, your butt will eventually firm up without having to do extra targeting workouts.
