 My workout is using unqfighting styles. This workout consist of many fighting styles for self protection and exercises. Working on legs and arm muscles allow agility to be at its max. This workout is made for both men and woman. This exercise runs for 1 hour a day and monday- friday. Some tips can be going to the nearest martial arts school like a karate class or mixed matial arts session.
