Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

Standing with feet shoulder width apart lift a barbell with a light weight and hold across shoulders as if you were doing a good morning.

Keeping head facing forward slowly twist at the waist to the right to a 45 degree angle. Then slowly return to starting position. When all reps are done then do the same for the left side.
