Calories Burned:  612 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Requires two dumbbells.  Start in push up position on dumbbells.  Start- push up, legs wide to right dumbbell row, legs together to push up, legs apart to left row, push up to knee high left to knee high right, push up to knee high left to knee high right, push up to standup dumbbell curl, squat to shoulder press.  Repeat.
