Powerwalking @ 4.5 speed level burning at least 225calories

Elliptical @ at resistance alternating to level 8 and 1 burning at least 250-260 calories

Bicycling to burn about 50 calories

Abes routine is designed to tighten the mid section and form sculpted abes and tighten the belly region of a person's body

center crunches, side crunches (left and right) rotating doing 25 each and 3 sets

Medicine Ball rotation to help tighten and Bicycle abe exercise to target lower abdoming and groine area
