This looks simple enough. And, getting on the floor is not a problem (testified by the fact that I'm averaging a fall a month). However, I can't get up without two paramedics and one 6'5", 240-lb. husband. And I'd really would not like to call the paramedics out everyday just because I want to exercise. So, I think I'll pass on this one.
