This is just the last couple of months of my self-training program. I have been training since Feb. and have lost 47 pounds since jan 13. It is now 4-26-10 and my swimming times cycling and running times are all improving and I really enjoy to exercise now. I don't see myself ever stopping my new lifestyle.
