I would love to try this workout. What i need is something that will not hurt my neck and back. I have 2 plates in my neck with ongoing severe pain. Does anyone have suggestions of workouts for me? Please realize too that I have trouble walking most days and I have terrible spasms in my neck and the back of my shoulders when walking very much. I am terrible shape now and have to start somehere Thk you

I am with you Redbird007 I have osteoarthritis in both knees running on land is out if the questionY areobics in water is @ 5:30am too early for me need something kind to knees and asthma don't know where to look
