Coat frying pan with pam and saute onions on medium.

Add 2 tbsp water and mushrooms when garlic begins to brown.

Cover and set onions and mushrooms aside on low.

Coat another frying pan with pam and saute garlic on medium until it begins to brown.

Add ground beef, bay leaf, and 2 tbsp water and cook on medium until well done.

Add 1 tbsp water each time the meat begins to stick if needed.

When meat is done mix all ingredients together and heat on med-low for 1 minute or until hot.

Remove bay leaf and serve on top of pasta or rice topped with fresh chopped chives.
Note: May substitute leeks for onions and parsley for chives. May also top with chopped scallions, shallots and/or chopped sweet peppers.
