24		onz philadelphia cream cheese
1/2  cup		brown sugar
1/2  cup		white sugar
2  teaspoons		tps. vanilla extract
3		large eggs
1/2  cup		heavy cream
1  tablespoon		unsalted butter
8  ounces		butter (unsalted for crust)
9  pieces		graham crackers

Once the cream cheese and butter is soft at room temperature, mix with blender making sure they are completly incorporated. Add the rest of the ingredients one at a time and mixing truly before adding the others (especially in the case of the eggs - one at a time). Pour into a greased cheese cake pan after adding the crust bottom. Bake at 350 for an hour and leave in the oven another hour before refrigerating - (Do not open oven, cheese cake still cooking during the second hour). Refrigerate for about 3 hours. Serve with any topping you prefere.
