Description: After mixing this up, put in a plastic container, put the avocado seeds on top, and cover with plastic wrap to keep from browning. Make sure plastic wrap touches top of mixture, a lid can also be put on the container.

cut avocados in half and scoop out the very ripe, soft meat...into a mixing bowl
