Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings (4 cups)

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut squash, zucchini, and onion into cubes or chunks.

Cut Broccoli Florets in half if they are large.

Combine all veggies in a large bowl.

Add olive oil to veggis and toss to coat. Set aside.

Spray Pam Cooking spray on a 9x13 cookie sheet or baking dish.

Pour veggies on cookie sheet or baking dish and sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder over them.

Cover with foil loosely.

Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.

Take out of oven and uncover. Place back in over for 5 minutes.

Remove and serve promptly while hot.
