Brown Ground Beef Drain and Rinse

Add Chopped Onions, Chopped Peppers and Garlic and simmer until onions and peppers have softened.

Add 1 can Nacho Cheese Soup and Salsa to the meat mixture.

Layer Meat mixture, cheese, potatos, cheese in large casserole pan.

Cover with tinfoil and cook for 45 minutes or until potatos are tender

Uncover and add cover with leftover cheese cook for additional 15 minutes
