Description: This is basic three ingredient chili with rice.

Directions:

Brown the meat until most red is gone.

Add chopped onion and garlic and continue browning (don't burn the garlic).

add all dry spices and mix well

add tomatoes with liquid, and mix well.

Cook for at least 1 1/2 hours (2 is better).

Drain and add beans

Cook for an additional 30-45 minutes
Serve over rice.
