Directions:  
cream butter and sugar until fluffy
add eggs one at a time, mixing after each,
add vanilla
sift together dry ingredients, then add to mixer in batches, mixing until combined after each addition.
gently blend in chocolate chips.
scoop 1 Tbsp portion onto baking sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes until cookies are barely done but still soft and chewy.
