Place all Ingredients in a bowl

Mix well with your hands, let rest a few moment

Drizzle a small amount of olive oil on a dish to place the meatballs on when you are finished rounding them

Round meat into balls with your hands about 1 -11/2 inches large

Place formed meatballs onto dish

Heat a frying pan (medium heat) Spray the pan with a non-stick spray and add all Meatballs at once to cook. (make sure you use a pan large enough that wil leave you room to turn them, or split into two pans)

Cook meat balls on all sides till golden, you do not have to cook them all the way in the pan

Place meatballs into your sauce of choice to finish cooking.
