filet the chicken breasts in half so they are thin - can pound them thinner if needed

beat egg into a bowl, pour bread crumbs into a seperate bowl. preheat the oil on medium-high in a non-stick frying pan, and line a clean dinner plate with 2-3 paper-towels

dip raw chicken into egg, then into breadcrumbs, then lay flat in sizzling pan. remove when golden and cooked through, onto paper towels to drain excess oil.
serve immidiately
yummy with hummus and Israeli salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, onion)
