Directions:  
slice pork loin with 3 cuts not cutting all the way through in opisot directions to make a large, flat piece of meat suitable for rolling. Pound any thick areas with a meat hammer to make evenly thin. chop all remaining ingredients and mix together. Place chopped ingredients on top of pork, gently roll and place on baking sheet with sides. Bake 375 degrees until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. Slice each roulade into 2 equal pieces and serve 4 people.
