Directions:  
Preheat oven to Gas 4 180c. place an empty baking tray in oven heat through.

Place the pork chop (fat removed) on the board and silt into butterfly spilt.
take the mozzarella and place on one side of chop and sprinkle with the sage cover over with the other side of pork and wrap the whole pork chop in the bacon.

place in the oven and cook for 25 mins.

meanwhile heat the potatoes in a pan. once cooked gently crush with the butter and garlic, then season to taste.

serve with a steam bag.
