beat eggs in a bowl

add cheese, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper and sausage

mix well

Pour mix into a skillet sprayed with non-stick spray

On Med-High heat cook in pan until edges are firm about 7-8 min do not turn over

Place pan in oven on middle rack and allow to continue cooking for about 15 min. or until middle is firm and edges and starting to brown.
