From the creator: Let's walk off the pounds by May 30! You will need to have a pedometer to accurately gauge your daily steps. Let's see who can get the most steps in by the end of the challenge! What could this do for your fitness goals? I'm shooting for 1,160,000 steps. That's a mere 10,000 steps daily. Average daily steps needed each day for an active lifestyle. See you at the finish line!
