From the creator: Goal is to meed my macronutrient targets for 30 days. No alcohol or purges of guilt! Having a cheat day is good and I will enjoy it. I will zig zag my week with some higher calorie days (ranges are 1900 calories for a low day and 2200 calories for a high day). Lean muscle gain is the goal ;)
