From the creator: PLEASE TURN ON ALL THE POSSIBLE TARGETS There are a total of 15, even if you don't normally use them please turn them on for this so we all have an equal chance. I would like to do a 6 or more glasses of water a day challenge, but that's not an option. SO, here's a general target challenge - pick your diet, log your food, & try to hit 1 or 2 nutrition targets every day. (I hope water counts as one of the targets)
