I have done this before, haven't we all? I have started a diet, exercising and start loosing weight only to slide back down the hill again. I have always been 'big boned' and have made up excuses for my weight like 'i am really muscular'. But even though I am, when I look in the mirror I do not like what I see and I can almost see the thinner woman in there wanting to be set free. I want to be thinner.
